Peter is referred to as champion and challenger amongst his clients for his ability to help top performers inspire themselves and others to achieve brilliance. He has been a student of the art of leadership for 15 years and has worked with elite athletes, corporate and business leaders and the entertainment industry.

As a former NCAA javelin thrower, he is intimately aware of what it takes to rise up and overcome challenges, perform under pressure, and achieve the exceptional. He has been a longstanding human resources professional and is the president of Fibonacci Leadership Inc. 

Peter is also a Professional Certified Coach, a Certified Professional Co-active coach, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and is working towards his Registered Psychologist designation in Alberta.

Carolyn has a Certificate of Professional Development in Coaching combined with extensive experience coaching leaders and teams at all levels. She is also accomplished at working collaboratively to create and improve programs that positively impact organizational cultures.  Carolyn has comprehensive Human Resources expertise, particularly in HR strategy, organizational development and talent management, and has held senior and executive Human Resources roles in the private, not for profit and co-operative sectors.

Doug is a successful entrepreneur who shifted his career to become an executive, leadership and team coach and who has an intense passion for collaboration.  He enjoys working with clients committed to results and has extensive experience developing leaders and teams, and facilitating large group forums aimed at tackling a strategic challenge or seizing a strategic opportunity.  He brings curiosity, empathy, big-picture vision and a bottom-line results focus to his work. his 30 years of business leadership and partnership experience provides a deep appreciation of the challenges in creating a collaborative team environment and delivering timely results.    Doug works well with people at all levels and his approach builds individual and team capacity and lasting value.

Doug has held positions as Managing Partner of the North American Operations of Jarltech International (Taiwan), Chair of the Sunshine Coast Community Futures Development Corporation, Canadian President of Comfort Homes and Organizational Consultant of the Covey Leadership Center in British Columbia.  Doug’s education includes a Master’s degree of Science in organization Development, Master’s degree in Environmental Design, and Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Mathematics.


Jacquie Stephens, MBA, RCC, PCC

The power of coaching and teamwork was presented to Jacquie early on in life through school and community sports (fastball and basketball). That landed her a full athletic scholarship at the University of Central Oklahoma. There she completed her marketing undergrad (BBA) and was awarded Academic All American, a prestigious national recognition for excellence in athletics and academics. Since then, coaching has weaved through every aspect of her professional and personal development.

When she got her first big leadership role as the General Manager of an explosion proof heating company, her Dad, a Supply Chain Management Executive, recommended (strongly) that she use his business coach. Experiencing first-hand the massive impact of having a coach, and being a coach in sporting and working realms, she founded her own consulting firm in 2005. In her practice, she aligns industry knowledge and leadership experience with brain based coaching and trending teachings of neuroscience on behaviours and habit formation.

Certified in Myers Briggs and neuro-coaching, she shares the tools to measurably improve the performance, communication, relationships and leadership skills of her clients. The combination of her background in high performance teams, her MBA in Strategic Planning and Organizational Effectiveness, and being trained as one of North America's lead instructors for SAP's HR academy, offers diverse vantage points on team dynamics and leadership development.


JESSICA SCHNEIDER, B.A, ACC

Jessica is a born and raised Calgarian. She has deep roots in the community and a connection to the values of Alberta. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and has performed extensive volunteer work in the non-profit sector with organizations such as The Calgary Foundation, Calgary Health Trust, Calgary Stampede, STARS Air ambulance and Galvin Trust. Her experience running a small business, adventuresome travel and living around the world have made her adaptable, a big picture thinker and a relatable connector of ideas and people.  

Jessica thrives on being a gateway for her clients to elevate their thinking to new possibilities and higher outcomes.  She applies her diverse coach training to business, integrative nutrition, HeartMath, somatics and neuroscience with her life experiences to create a strong foundation in her work with clients to build inspiration, offer fresh perspective and foster whole transformation.

Jessica is driven by the ideology of making the world a better place. She has great passion for coaching, which comes through as she fosters alignment between purpose, passions and beliefs with her clients. This alignment enhances personal and professional capacity translating to a ripple effect of elevating families, organizations, and communities.

Jessica has a BA in Economics and Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado, and received her Associate Accredited Coach designation from the International Coach Federation.  An avid learner, she is also taking certifications in HeartMath and Social Entrepreneurship. When she is not volunteering, taking a new course or creating an adventure you will find her spending time with her family, usually on horseback in the summer or a ski hill in the winter.  Her love of skiing, riding, and playing polo have introduced her to wonderful people, interesting places and amazing experiences throughout the world. 


TYLER CLEVELAND, MBA

Tyler has 30+ years experience and a track record of success across a wide variety of roles and organizations. After obtaining his MBA with an HR major from McMaster University, he began his career in healthcare where he played a key role in the restructuring of healthcare in Alberta, initially as the HR lead to plan and execute the simultaneous merger of 11 separate organizations into a single entity as part of the consolidation of healthcare services in the 1990's in Alberta, and later as the Director of HR Planning for the Calgary Health Region during a time of critical shortages of healthcare professionals.

Following a decade in healthcare Tyler transitioned to the private sector where he has worked in senior HR and leadership roles in the oil and gas sector. Most recently Tyler was the first employee hired to help create and build a new organization (Brion Energy) resulting from a international joint venture partnership in the oil sands. Over the last 7 years, in addition to HR, Tyler was also responsible for IT, Communications, and Facilities as the company grew rapidly to over 300 employees in less than 3 years.

Naturally inquisitive and always focused on the 'big picture', Tyler's passion lies in building and developing teams, programs and processes to not only further the organizations success, but utilizes an open/empowering leadership philosophy to support and mentor the development and success of individual team members.
