This comprehensive, highly results driven transformation program is suited to professional athletes and executives who desire custom career management, including public relations, image consulting, endorsements and financial management as required.

Apollo offers all components of Higher Landing’s Gemini program plus a minimum of 24 one-on- one sessions with a personal Career Transformer, development of a custom career management campaign, media advisory services, reputation management and additional skill marketing assistance. Assistance with endorsements and public relations is offered for some Apollo clients, depending on their chosen career path.

Career Transformation - Higher Landing’s flagship program that is delivered by a multi-faceted team of professionals who provide complete career transformation. It takes the traditional transition process to a new level with a proprietary approach that aims to connect head with heart, and identify strengths, interests, values, identity and purpose.

Goal Identification – focus is placed upon defining realistic goals and crafting effective messaging.

Target Market Identification – strategic assessment is done to identify the group(s) who will benefit most from your goal and value. Customer persona is further identified and specific prospects are identified globally.

Situation Analysis & Internet Sweep - Higher landing completes an assessment of the client’s online brand and profile, due diligence on the client’s brand, digital cleanse if required, social media cleanup, competitive analysis and SWOT analysis.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Campaign – an action plan is developed that includes a visual and verbal branding strategy along with fine tuning your pitch to prospective employers and organizations for employment or endorsements. This plan includes social media and digital branding, media relations, content and materials.

Personal Board of Directors – a group of mentors from a wide variety of backgrounds as required. Mentors may have a background in a variety of disciplines such as sales, accounting, finance, legal, operations, marketing, creative branding, venture capital and much more.

Financial Management & Business Planning – Higher Landing has “family office” experts on staff who are capable of managing client investments, real estate, tax and small business planning and more.

Strategic Marketing – contact is made to a minimum of 50 strategic decision makers is included in the Apollo program and provides extensive job search, high level introductions, strategic skill marketing, branding and entrepreneurial support if required.
