Peter is referred to as champion and challenger amongst his clients for his ability to help top performers inspire themselves and others to achieve brilliance. He has been a student of the art of leadership for 15 years and has worked with elite athletes, corporate and business leaders and the entertainment industry.
As a former NCAA javelin thrower, he is intimately aware of what it takes to rise up and overcome challenges, perform under pressure, and achieve the exceptional. He has been a longstanding human resources professional and is the president of Fibonacci Leadership Inc.
Peter is also a Professional Certified Coach, a Certified Professional Co-active coach, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and is working towards his Registered Psychologist designation in Alberta.
Rabee Alwan, P.Eng., PMP

Rabee is an Engineer turned Life Coach with a passion for compassion. His life purpose is creating serenity and his mission is to unlock potential and elevate the human experience. He is a passionate person that believes in living life fully, that your strengths are your greatest assets, and that there is always a way to achieve something - regardless of how difficult or impossible it may seem! Having gone through the transformational journey himself, the only thing he would have done differently is doing it sooner!
In addition to his coaching, Rabee has a vision of transforming Calgary into Canada’s most compassionate city. This vision is what inspired him to start the #compassionateYYC movement. By having and expressing more compassion in our lives, Rabee believes that we can make Calgary more resilient, more inclusive, and more accessible.
Rabee is a Computer Engineering graduate from Queen’s University. He holds designations as a Professional Engineer (through APEGA) and a Project Management Professional (through PMI). He is also a professionally trained ontological coach through Accomplishment Coaching. He worked in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary for 15 years before becoming a full-time coach. He has held various leadership roles and has also been lucky enough to go through 2 economic downturns - so you can count on him to relate to career stresses, the overall demanding business environment, and the collateral effect it can have on life and overall fulfilment.
Rabee enjoys dreaming big and testing limits and has three kids that also enjoy dreaming big and testing limits – just ask his wife! He is also a runner, a self-taught guitar and ukulele player, and speaks several languages.

As a fastball pitcher awarded the “Academic All American” at the University of Central Oklahoma, to my MBA at the University of British Columbia, coaching has significantly impacted my own professional and personal development. Since then it has been my mission to help other become unstuck and thrive in their profession.
Following a career as a Project Manager, Instructor and Manager of Education with SAP Canada, I finally founded my consulting firm in 2005. In my practice, I align industry knowledge and leadership experience with brain-based leadership and coaching.
I specialize in working with passionate, emerging executives and growth-minded frontline and mid-level leaders to develop a clear career plan aimed at personal and professional growth that aligns with their goals and aspirations. Certified in Myers Briggs, Psychological Safety, Foundations of NeuroLeadership, and Brain Based Leadership, I share tools and help hone skills and approach to measurably improve the performance, communication, relationships and leadership skills of my clients. As co-creator of the FrontLine Leadership 2.0 Program, my company offers group training as well as one-on-one coaching.
JESSICA SCHNEIDER, B.A, ACC

Jessica is a born and raised Calgarian. She has deep roots in the community and a connection to the values of Alberta. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and has performed extensive volunteer work in the non-profit sector with organizations such as The Calgary Foundation, Calgary Health Trust, Calgary Stampede, STARS Air ambulance and Galvin Trust. Her experience running a small business, adventuresome travel and living around the world have made her adaptable, a big picture thinker and a relatable connector of ideas and people.
Jessica thrives on being a gateway for her clients to elevate their thinking to new possibilities and higher outcomes. She applies her diverse coach training to business, integrative nutrition, HeartMath, somatics and neuroscience with her life experiences to create a strong foundation in her work with clients to build inspiration, offer fresh perspective and foster whole transformation.
Jessica is driven by the ideology of making the world a better place. She has great passion for coaching, which comes through as she fosters alignment between purpose, passions and beliefs with her clients. This alignment enhances personal and professional capacity translating to a ripple effect of elevating families, organizations, and communities.
Jessica has a BA in Economics and Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado, and received her Associate Accredited Coach designation from the International Coach Federation. An avid learner, she is also taking certifications in HeartMath and Social Entrepreneurship. When she is not volunteering, taking a new course or creating an adventure you will find her spending time with her family, usually on horseback in the summer or a ski hill in the winter. Her love of skiing, riding, and playing polo have introduced her to wonderful people, interesting places and amazing experiences throughout the world.
TYLER CLEVELAND, MBA
Tyler has 30+ years experience and a track record of success across a wide variety of roles and organizations. After obtaining his MBA with an HR major from McMaster University, he began his career in healthcare where he played a key role in the restructuring of healthcare in Alberta, initially as the HR lead to plan and execute the simultaneous merger of 11 separate organizations into a single entity as part of the consolidation of healthcare services in the 1990's in Alberta, and later as the Director of HR Planning for the Calgary Health Region during a time of critical shortages of healthcare professionals.
Following a decade in healthcare Tyler transitioned to the private sector where he has worked in senior HR and leadership roles in the oil and gas sector. Most recently Tyler was the first employee hired to help create and build a new organization (Brion Energy) resulting from a international joint venture partnership in the oil sands. Over the last 7 years, in addition to HR, Tyler was also responsible for IT, Communications, and Facilities as the company grew rapidly to over 300 employees in less than 3 years.
Naturally inquisitive and always focused on the 'big picture', Tyler's passion lies in building and developing teams, programs and processes to not only further the organizations success, but utilizes an open/empowering leadership philosophy to support and mentor the development and success of individual team members.
Erin Wilkins, B.Mgt.

Erin has always had a passion for training and advising professionals. One of her great joys is helping people to make connections and find solutions, ultimately allowing them to land higher. She has worked with Higher Landing since 2016 as an Instructor and Career Transformation Strategist, Government Program Manager, and Operations and Marketing Coordinator.
"Life is what you make it" has always been Erin's guiding philosophy. Her ability to find solutions where others see problems has led to success in a variety of professions, including training, recruiting, coaching, operations management and entrepreneurship. She has always enjoyed the challenge of working to grow organizations. As a Founding Principal and President of The Quaderra Group, a boutique oil and gas professional search firm, she was heavily involved in the creation and establishment of the company, along with its ongoing management and direction.
Erin graduated with great distinction from the University of Lethbridge in 2000, with her Bachelor of Management and dual majors in Marketing and Management Information Systems. Upon graduation, she returned to her birthplace of Calgary and has lived here ever since. She enjoys anything to do with the arts, especially live theater, and is a loving wife and devoted mother to the light of her life, her daughter Lauren.
