Complete the majority of the Premium Program, at least up to the “Market Yourself Like a Pro” workshop. Although having completed your Grizzly pitch and “Launching Your Brand” workshop is recommended, these are not mandatory.

Complete and submit your G2M (Go-to-market Profile) to your Marketing Advisor.
Able to commit to $3,000 fee upgrade (includes $500 application fee which includes consultation with the Career Agent)

Self-Assessment and Questionnaire

Submit Application with $500 fee & Meet Career Agent
Upon approval of initial questionnaire, submit online application fee.
Book your first consultation with HL Career Agent (“CA”) team. This session is included as part of your application fee (minimum 30 minutes).
CA reviews your application and provides feedback. This will include your suitability for the CA upgrade
Submit Upgrade Fee of $2,500
Upon receipt of payment, your CA will arrange your next consultation and your program upgrade will commence.

Premium Career Agent Upgrade
This high-impact upgrade includes personalized marketing support and advisory from a HL CA. It includes customized outreach, strategic brand promotion, assistance with G2M implementation to increase your visibility, position your value in front of key decision-makers and help you connect with desired employers—so you can build your brand, get noticed, and land higher.
Objectives:
Launch your brand to the right target market
Build visibility to specific target markets through a series of strategic, targeted touch points
Get noticed and stay on the radar of your target market—before connecting with them
Personal recommendations to help you build brand awareness, land interviews, referrals, or promotions
Recommendations on additional targets you may not have considered including HL referrals where possible.
Targeted marketing and target market advisory with a CA to achieve personal goals (i.e. new role, improved employability and attractiveness as a job candidate, increased compensation, lateral move, industry pivot, etc.).
What You’ll Receive:
Direct outreach to a minimum of 10 sourcing targets (including multiple touch points, where needed). This includes up to 10 hours of the CA’s time for up to 3 months. The CA will keep you current on hours spent but cannot guarantee meetings.
Improve likelihood of virtual or in-person meetings/interviews with key contacts
Have your resume, bio, LinkedIn profile or brand profile presented to strategic connections
Increased social media visibility
Targeted phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Variety of touch points
Enhanced “BUL Factor” attractiveness
Build brand awareness to targeted employers before formal interviews.
What You Can Expect:
A series of one-on-one meetings with your CA as required for up to 3 months.
You are expected to be reasonably accessible during this time for meetings with the CA and with potential prospects which may include influencers, decision makers or information sources. You will be responsible for keeping your CA current with your availability for such meetings.
Assistance with multiple strategic touch points for you or on your behalf which includes submitting your resume and making connections for you if and where feasible.
Assist with recommendations for launching your brand, making touch points and helping to build your social media presence if required
Make recommendations on your G2M and TMP including additional potential target markets, decision makers, roles and/or industries that may be suitable.
Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours to your upgrade which will include a variety of touch points along with research, resume review/revisions, making LinkedIn connections, target market research, calls, discussions with you, social media activity, or making virtual or live connections or calls on your behalf.
You may be asked to research or submit specific names of companies and decision makers as may be requested by your CA
You may be asked attend virtual or in person for meetings booked, recommended or referred to you by your CA
