Like TV’s Dragons’ Den, Higher Landing clients are given the opportunity to pitch themselves in a mock interview style to the Grizzlies - a panel of business leaders and professionals from multiple industries who provide feedback, suggestions, or leads in order to help clients land higher in their careers.
Become Grizzly Certified
The Grizzly Den is the final step to our Shuttle program. The Grizzly Certification is designed to give job seekers the confidence to pitch themselves to potential employers and give them an edge in today's competitive job market.
The Grizzlies will determine the clarity and commitment of the client’s brand and are required to judge by majority if the client is market ready. Market readiness is confirmed with the awarding of Grizzly Certification.
Once you are Grizzly Certified you are ready to go to market and have completed the Higher Landing Shuttle Program.
