This is Higher Landing’s career management fundamentals program delivered by a multi-faceted team that provides career transition support.

The program includes 1-on-1 coaching, extensive job search tools and technology, resume development, LinkedIn and social media, interview preparation techniques and personal branding. The program takes the traditional transition process to a new level with a proprietary approach that aims to identify strengths, interests, values, identity and purpose. Some clients in the Launch Pad program may express an interest in pitching in HLI’s Grizzly Den. Please note that this service can be added for an additional fee.

This comprehensive and self-paced online career evaluation and job search portal includes:

The Launch Pad Program Features

Six Month Commitment

Program includes

  1. A 1-on-1 onboarding session with a Higher Landing Representative to discuss the program, the client’s needs, and how to best move forward;

  2. Access to the comprehensive online career evaluation and job search program called the "Landing Port" and an orientation session to maximize use of the tool;

  3. Three (3) 1-on-1 coaching sessions to guide clients through the career transition process;

  4. Counselling Support to help manage challenges throughout the transition;

  5. Access to proprietary workshops led by industry experts (Virtual, Live, Instructor Led and Virtual On-Demand Content options available);

  6. Access to clinics (Virtual, Live, Facilitator Led) to assist with job search activities and progress;

  7. Cohort Support Sessions (Virtual, Live, Weekly) to build community and share insights;

  8. Marketing Club sessions to provide networking opportunities and support for job search activities;

  9. Invitation to attend all live Grizzly Dens as a guest during the program;

  10. Access to Alumni Membership for continued networking and events.
