For a limited time, Higher Landing is opening 50 spots for its Career Bootcamp with a Pay When You Land option, built for professionals who are unemployed, and stuck in long job searches, or exhausted by sending applications into silence.

There is no cost to apply and no tuition upfront. If accepted, you secure your spot with a one time $100 fee, receive full support to rebuild your positioning and job search, and only pay the remaining program cost after you land a job. With just 50 spots available this month, access to the full $1,500 subsidized program is intentionally limited to keep support high and financial risk low.

Enrollment Details

How the Subsidy Works

The regular program tuition is $2,479 CAD plus applicable taxes. Through Higher Landing’s internal subsidy, approved participants receive a reduced tuition of $1,500 CAD plus applicable taxes.

Administrative Fee

If accepted into the program, participants must pay a non-refundable administrative fee of $100 CAD plus applicable taxes to confirm their enrollment.

Deferred Tuition

No payment beyond the $100 administrative fee is required at the time of enrollment. The remaining tuition becomes payable only after the participant secures qualifying employment.

Uncover the secrets of effective and strategic blogging. You’ll learn through practice, crafting powerful titles, and valuable, relevant content that supports your brand. Understand when to blog and how to develop a strategy that gets you noticed by your target audience.

4. How to Pitch Yourself

Learn the art of presenting yourself to prospective employers (including Grizzlies in the Grizzly Den), and tips and tricks to get the attention of decision makers. You’ll have opportunities to practice your pitch while uncovering hidden opportunities that open doors.

5. Emerging Markets & Transferable Skills

Discover emerging sectors in the local, national, and international labour markets, identify and assess your transferable skills. Discuss how labour market trends have shifted, what future demand looks like in various industries, and the training you need to land jobs in these sectors.

6. Resume Writing Studio

Enhance your job search by learning the latest trends, techniques, and formats that get your resume noticed. We’ll cover resume basics, understanding the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), strategies for making your resume a marketing tool, and cover letter essentials.

7. Interview Preparation

Learn how to present your best self and leave a lasting impression. We’ll cover what to do before, during and after an interview, including proper preparation, how to ask and answer questions effectively, and how to follow up in a way that increases your chance of moving forward.

8. Market Yourself Like a Pro

Get tips, techniques and strategies to attract the attention of decision makers and stand out from the competition. You’ll develop a Go-to-Market Strategy (G2M) and learn what it takes to get a meeting or interview with a preferred employer.

9. Launching Your Brand

Build lasting brand equity with employers, peers, customers, and other stakeholders. You’ll create and test a brand launch plan that aims to reach your target market and attract desired employers. Review key elements of the program and address any learning gaps.

Program Terms and Conditions

  • Payment obligations begin when a participant accepts:

    • a permanent position of 20 hours per week or more, or

    • a contract role of 20 hours per week or more.

    Participants must notify Higher Landing immediately upon accepting qualifying employment.

  • Once qualifying employment has been confirmed, the remaining tuition of $1,500 plus applicable taxes will be paid in three equal monthly payments of $500 plus applicable taxes. Payments begin within 30 days of notifying Higher Landing of employment.

  • Participants are responsible for providing accurate and timely information about their employment status. Failure to notify Higher Landing of qualifying employment may result in the remaining balance becoming immediately due.

  • Subsidized seats and tuition reductions are non-transferable and apply only to the accepted participant.

  • Higher Landing reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, or delivery format as needed.
